I just noticed it's the 29th and I haven't yet used the Yeah! Word this month... So... I love my job, yeah!

Oh, there's another inanimate thing I love... Sorry, Jay.

Both of my grandmothers (Blog Word of the Day) had birthdays in the last little while. Grandmothers are cool!

It's 3:46 a.m... I guess I should go to bed.

TV Turnoff Week is this week? My silent protest is to watch more TV than usual. I think I will take the rest of the afternoon off to go celebrate in front of my television. I love her.

Sara just reminded me about McDonalds that used to have all you can eat pancakes for breakfast for a while. I used to eat all I could eat - I'd go back a bunch of times for more. And now they don't offer all you can eat pancakes anymore. Is there a link?

I'm wondering if they sell old autodialers. What I would do is program people's birthdays that I know and record Sara and I singing Happy Birthday on it... friends or family would answer their phone and hear something like "Hi, please ensure that (voice changes) Denys (voice changes back to normal) is on the telephone for a special birthday message. And then we would sing. It's not very personal but it would save me from forgetting people's birthdays.

It's funny that today's word of the day would be "elevator". When the alt.fun.with.luc newsgroup was really popular... tons of people would be posting and for some reason, a running joke ended up being elevator stories... people who post would usually post some sort of story about an elevator. I don't know where it started but it was fun. There was a crazy lady story too but I don't remember it exactly.

Anyways... the only elevator story I can think of is that I haven't been in an elevator in months. Probably since last summer. There aren't a lot of elevators in this town so it can be a while. Though years ago I worked delivering mugs for a radio station and spent most of my days going up and down elevators in buildings... so the elevator sound at each floor probably still rings in my head sometimes.

That, though not being funny or even mildly interesting probably, is my elevator story for today.

I heard the funniest thing at a store yesterday... Two people were talking and one of them asks the other: "What's Jim's last name?"

The guy answers "Jim who?"

It was comedy...

For some reason, Sara and I have been having the same conversation for the last 10 minutes. One of us goes: "Buddy!" The other one answers "Buddy!!! How are you buddy?" The other one says "Good, buddy. How are you buddy?" Then the other: "Good, buddy."

I'm trying to find some interesting blogs... so many people are so serious on their blogs... oh well.

And as well, I'm wondering if I should get a motorcycle. Not because I really want one that much but I have three friends who got their motorcycle licenses lately (all unrelated - they don't even know each other). Weird.

My song's at #194 now...

I'm not sure why radio stations are still playing Prince's "1999" - it goes "Tonight we're gonna party like it's 1999" so basically, by playing it now, they're saying tonight we're gonna party like it's 6 years ago. Yay.

So my song Feels Mixed Up made it to #203 on the SoundClick Techno charts today...

Feel free to listen to it and vote.

I've finally posted a new song to my music site.

Feel free to head to my SoundClick page to vote for it... Hopefully it can make it higher up the charts than any song before... I definitely think it turned out well - feels like you want to hear it in a big dance club. Enjoy the song!

Maybe I'm still waking up but I tried to type "program" and I ended up typing "spogram" Hmmm... It looks like it could be a real word though... I could just make up the menaing... A spogram is like a spoken program. Like a talk show. That's it, I've decided that the new term as of today, April 11, 2005, for "talk show" is "spogram".

Ah, the word of the day... haven't used it in a while - it turns out today it's silver. Sara likes silver. She reminds me regularly.

Wow. I thought it was Thursday. It's Friday already? Whoa.

I continue to spell weird... even just now, I was typing speel instead of spell... And I just tried to type my site's URL and started to go to latfun... instead of altfun... I don't know if it's because I'm typing so quick that two keys are pressed at once or that I'm tired and typing the wrong letters...

Since when did KFC start counting chicken wings as pieces (in an 8 piece family meal or something)?

We've eaten KFC meals maybe 3 times in the last 8 years and now the cole slaw tastes weird (I don't like horseradish), the macaroni salad is orange, and one of the pieces that used to be there (that had a triangle piece of bony type thing inside) isn't there but there are chicken wings and they count as pieces... Already, the legs aren't really big... I'm not very picky with food (I ate plenty of it tonight) - I just found it weird... Man, that meal was good though!

I don't know what's going on lately... I'm not tired at night, Sara and I come up with our best work ideas after like 2 a.m. and there have been a bunch of nights where we didn't get to bed until 5 a.m. It's sort of fun... they're delivering the morning paper and we're going to sleep - the birds sing us to sleep. Actually, I read once that if you go to bed and you don't hear the birds singing, you're going to bed too early. I love it - I never really enjoyed mornings anyways...

Don't let girls use your calculator.

They'll leave it on the floor and if that's not bad enough, they'll step on them and break them.

That is all.
