I'm wondering if they sell old autodialers. What I would do is program people's birthdays that I know and record Sara and I singing Happy Birthday on it... friends or family would answer their phone and hear something like "Hi, please ensure that (voice changes) Denys (voice changes back to normal) is on the telephone for a special birthday message. And then we would sing. It's not very personal but it would save me from forgetting people's birthdays.

I’ve been researching the subject call center software and found your site to be resourceful. Although it may not be supporting my this post project, it certainly does provide a fine service and got my attention while I was searching for call center software related information.
